Everything in my shop is sterling silver (with a few exceptions and always indicated in listing descriptions), fine silver, and handmade by myself in my little cottage studio in the forest. My unique Sterling Silver charm holders are my most popular item and I make dozens each week. Some have a latch, but most have a spot where you thread your charms onto the "loose" end and twist them on securely. You will never need to open rings on your charms, even though it may look like you will have to. I have many styles and the occasional ready to ship charm holders that I make with scraps, mistakes, and leftovers.

I like going places, so I shut down my shop for a week or two once or twice a year.. I plan on possibly closing for a silver casting workshop in central Mexico in April 2024. My 2022 trip to Thailand was an amazing score! Aside from the amazing people I met on my trip, I found a mecca of silver resources! The country and people are lovely, with such a connection to nature in the gorgeous rural areas. Keep an eye out for more Hill Tribes silver items in my shop as the year unfolds.

Yes, prices have gone up for new items. I have to buy dinner, too, and some things like postage, shipping supplies and basic necessities for my shop have DOUBLED in the last 2 years! I have kept the "old" prices on my older stock to reflect cost at the time it was made, but have had to increase shipping costs to cover my cost.

I have one request for everyone reading this: please do not EVER click on an Etsy ad on Google! We, the sellers, have been coerced into paying 12-15% commission fees for products sold through Etsy marketing and the more we sell, the more likely we have to raise our prices. We cannot opt out. If you have clicked on an ad in the last 30 days, the seller pays the price, which is a LOT higher (6x+) than the regular commission we usually pay! While we appreciate Etsy doing some marketing on our behalf, the fees are getting out of hand and some of us (yours truly, for example) are happy with things the way they were. OK, rant over. And thank you. Because of this, I am now going to place items in a nice recycled gift box and omit the tag and ribbon unless you select "GIFT." This will save me time and space and shave a bit of my time and costs off and will allow me to keep prices down and get your orders out more quickly! I will still include a small polishing cloth for orders of $25 or more and to repeat customers (thank you!).

As I plan for my next adventure, I will be phasing out my custom stamped items. My studio space is shrinking, and I must keep that in mind moving forward.

Most of my items require about 1-2 weeks to create, depending on my current order load and day job schedule. I try really hard to ship within 1 week, but my day job schedule has some periods where it is not possible, thus the 2 week guarantee. Need something ASAP? I have lots of handmade gifts, including unique one of a kind charm holders READY TO SHIP and many that can be made to order if you plan ahead. Search "RTS" in my shop if you are in a rush for a last minute gift or request Priority Mail, which I prioritize and bump to the top of my daily To Do list. I try to ship RTS orders within 1-3 days, sometimes the same day if you catch me before I print my daily labels!

Free shipping on orders over $35!!! That is usually two charm holders. One for you, one for a friend! If you order more than 1 item within a few days AND I have not shipped, I will bundle them into the same package to save resources and shipping costs on my end and to keep prices down on your end. I will notify you and refund shipping charges for all orders if the amount before tax totals over $35. Please let me know if I can package multiple items in the same box to save costs and environmental impact.

COVID-19 NOTE: I live with pets, and there is often a dog or cat in my studio. That said, I am an RN and ALWAYS wash my hands before a studio shift. All items are sanitized prior to packaging except for the cords, which could be ruined in the process. But I work with clean hands and clean packaging material!
